Your time is valuable — and so is ours. When you book a session, that time is reserved just for you.

Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be charged in full. This includes cancellations due to illness, emergencies, or change of mind.

I understand that life happens, and unexpected things can come up. However, as a small business, short-notice cancellations rarely give us enough time to fill your spot, and your appointment time has been set aside just for you.

No-shows or missed appointments will also be charged in full.
